Before, THINK

Woke up to this in my inbox, great way to start the day!!

Today Before you complain about the taste of your food - Think of someone who has nothing to eat.

Before you complain about your husband or wife - Think of someone who's trying to find a companion.

Before you complain about your children -Think of someone who desires children but they can't have them.

Before whining about the distance you drive - Think of someone who walks the same distance with their feet.

And when you are tired and complain about your job - Think of the unemployed, the disabled, and those who wish they had your job.

And when depressing thoughts seem to get you down - Put a smile on your face and thank GOD that you woke up today.

  4. Ouch- but at least us (infertiles) were actually recognized today. It's not often that happens!

  7. Hi, found your blog through Jill's, my name is Emiy. I am struggling with infertility as well. I am starting injectables with IUI after almost 2 years of infertility issues. What a great thing to post when it seems that we have tunnel vision when going through infertility, we still have so much to be thankful for.

  8. I love this! Reminds me of a quote I keep posted on my desk at work:

"I had the blues because I had no shoes... until upon the street I saw a man with no feet."

Why is it so hard to appreciate all the blessings I have in my life? Someday, I hope I'll get there.
