I am now on Episode 16 of Season 5, of course I am talking about 24 you know that! Its getting better each episode! I can't wait to complete season 5 and get in sync with the US' Season 6..... I am indeed a LOYAL fan of the show, controversy and ALL.
This is a GREAT article. For those of you who don't know, "customer service" is hard to find almost non-existent here in Cairo most times. Its good to read that some corporations are really taking the lead in this most important area. Makes me feel good to read this and hope that more businesses here will follow their example...
